MARCHESI FRESCOBALDI GORGONA 2025

The project, launched in 2012 thanks to the collaboration between Marchesi Frescobaldi and the Gorgona Penitentiary Institute, represents a concrete possibility of social redemption for prisoners, who can serve the last part of their sentence in contact with nature, developing professional skills in the field of viticulture.

Gorgona 2024 stands out in the glass for its intense straw yellow color , with a broad and elegant bouquet that ranges from Mediterranean flowers such as broom and honeysuckle, to fruity notes of bergamot, cedar and ripe exotic fruit. The aromatic nuances of rosemary, sage and helichrysum accompany a finish dominated by iodine notes, which reflects the soul of the island.
