Not to mention the much vaunted and promoted tourism; the entire production chain that translates into gross domestic product, exports, well-being, and a future for new generations.

Security? Are we talking about security? That of thefts, robberies, crime, drug dealing, some city neighborhoods totally out of control, the subways? Are we talking about people who live in apprehension walking down the street, or who find their house occupied? No, sorry, security is the glass of wine.

Are there New Codes for all this? Just to know, let's be clear, because we are sure that you are working on it with sweat on your brow.

Of course, we are also for road safety, of course, but equating a glass of wine with many other substances, or the speed of legally produced and sold cars, and you know it well, seems rather questionable to us.
