BERTANIC VISITS IN THE SIGN OF GRAPPA AND NATURE

Discover the secrets of grappa with a multi-sensory experience. It can be done from 4 June at Distillerie Berta thanks to two visit proposals. The most original will be Bertanic, where the route will end with a picnic in the 8-hectare natural park, where the essences used in bitters and liqueurs are grown .

A park that holds surprises such as the installations created by the young people of the Fraternity and Friendship social cooperative and the maxi frames, which frame some of the landscape views just like postcards.

It will obviously be a pin nic gourmand with five proposals designed by the chef of La Taverna di Villa Prato , a restaurant inside the splendid charming residence owned by the family. Among the specialties to put in the basket, some traditional dishes such as monferrina peppers, chanterelle salad and much more.

The central moment of the experience will however be a visit to the distillery : starting from the explanation of the stills room , where the distillation takes place, then moving on to the four aging cellars , where the magic of the scents of grappa and the spirits of the angels joins the classical music and suggestive lighting that reproduces the evolution of light from the colors of the night to those of sunrise, day and sunset. Music therapy and chromotherapy therefore accompany each guest making the experience unforgettable. Then we arrive at the grappa museum , to end the visit with a tasting in the wine shop where, in addition to the display of all the grappas of the family production, from those aged in wood, symbol of the distillery, to the "social" ones, such as Elisi and Unica are accompanied by Mombaruzzo amaretti, produced in the ancient Carlo Moriondo patisserie, owned by the Berta family
