  • 16/04/2026

3rd edition of Vini Bagnanti - June 20th: 50 wineries, gastronomy workshops, and masterclasses at the Riva degli Etruschi Resort in San Vincenzo (LI).

50 wineries on the private beach of the Riva degli Etruschi resort as well as workshops, gastronomy, catering and tastings in collaboration with Slow Food and the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo June 20, 2026 – from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm Riva degli Etruschi – Via della Principessa, 120 – San Vincenzo (LI).

Fifty winemakers, workshops, and food, a kilometer of private beach , a sunset reflected in the Tuscan coast, and the stories of land, wine, and food. Vini Bagnanti returns on Saturday, June 20th for its third edition, confirming its successful format with over 1,200 attendees.

Born from a collaboration between the Riva degli Etruschi resort and Vini Migranti, a project conceived by Teseo Geri to showcase niche wineries, Vini Bagnanti is developed with the support of Slow Food and the involvement of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo . The event is an experience that combines landscape, Italian and international artisanal wine, and a gastronomic offering crafted in dialogue with the local area.

This year, too, 50 wineries will be present, selected for their consistent values of sustainability, local identity, and production quality, ready to liven up the charming private beach of the Riva degli Etruschi resort.

The tasting experience will be accompanied by a series of activities designed to enhance the public's experience.

- Interactive and tasting workshops by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo

- Taste Workshop, on the terrace of the central park, organized by Slow Wine and the Pollenzo Wine Bank. This event goes beyond traditional tastings to delve into the ethical and social aspects of wine production. Through a selection of wines, participants will be guided on a journey of reflection and discovery, where flavor marries responsibility and storytelling speaks for all that is profoundly right.

- Food area that will complement the resort's five restaurants with refreshment points selected by the Slow Food Costa degli Etruschi convivium

- Thematic areas designed to encourage direct dialogue between producers and the public, highlighting the stories, production approaches, and identities of individual companies.

The entrance ticket will be €20 and will include a glass, a personalized shoulder strap, unlimited tastings, and access to the workshops . The Taste Workshop, dedicated to the ethics of the glass, will have limited places and a separate ticket .

The press conference for the third edition of Vini Bagnanti will be held on Friday, May 22nd, at 11:30 a.m. at the Riva degli Etruschi Resort. To request accreditation, please email pr.enogastronomia@gmail.com , specifying the publication you're referring to.

Access to the conference will be reserved for accredited press only.

Tickets will go on sale online at www.vinibagnanti.it starting in mid-May.

There is great anticipation for this new edition of Vini Bagnanti, especially for the selection of winemakers that includes the participation of a Lebanese company—despite the difficulties of the war—winners from Champagne, confirmations from Hungary, Mucha Cosa from Spain and, obviously, a lot of Italy: from Alto Adige and Franciacorta to Sicily, including the islands.

It's a rare opportunity for wine lovers and others to connect with producers, taste good wine, and have fun enjoying the sea and the wonderful energy the event generates. If three is the perfect number, this third edition will be our best yet!

Riva degli Etruschi, with over 60 years of history, represents an integrated system of hospitality, agricultural production, and gastronomic culture . The resort extends across 35 hectares of parkland, with over 8,000 trees and shrubs, more than 400 accommodations, five restaurants, an organic farm, and sustainable wine production. It actively collaborates with the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo and Slow Food.

Among the farm's products are heirloom vegetables and grains, the Val di Cornia purple artichoke (a Slow Food Presidium), Tenuta Biliotto extra virgin olive oil, and the full range of Riva degli Etruschi wines : a winemaking journey born from the prestigious consultancy of Michele Satta and now matured into a diverse selection of wines, authentic expressions of the region in every glass. Participating in Vini Bagnanti also means experiencing the resort in its entirety, from its hospitality to its culinary offerings.

The 400 accommodations, including hotel rooms, villas and residences, welcome a heterogeneous public, while the five restaurants offer different experiences :

- Mariva Dune – fine dining

- Nautical – seafood cuisine

- Mistral – Tuscan cuisine

- All'Orto – zero-mile proposal with products from the resort's organic farming area

- Magù – restaurant & pizzeria

Vini Bagnanti reaches its third edition and does so with the awareness of those who want to not only organize an event, but rewrite the rules of hospitality.

Three years ago, we decided to challenge the unspoken nature of traditional hospitality, transcending the concept of a structure as an exclusive place, separated from its surroundings. We chose to be an open ecosystem, a laboratory of excellence where sustainability isn't just a slogan, but the only possible language.

We selected producers and partners not based on market logic, but on their elective affinity with our core values. In this context, wine ceases to be the end and becomes the means: a powerful, almost ancestral vehicle for conveying strong messages. Thanks to the synergy with Slow Food and the University of Pollenzo, this year we are showcasing the concept of "Righteousness," which transcends the glass. Don't expect an academic masterclass: wine will be the voice that tells a long and profound story of social redemption and environmental respect.

Vini Bagnanti, as a whole, is an event that proclaims its identity: that of a region that never compromises on its values. For the 2026 edition, we aim to surpass the 2025 attendance, not because of sheer numbers, but because we want our message to reach as far as possible.

Vini Bagnanti collaborates with Slow Food Costa degli Etruschi, Slow Wine, the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, and the Wine Bank.
