The 2025 edition of the Fiera dei Vini , scheduled for November 22-24 at Piacenza Expo, opens up new perspectives . This year's event features two important new features : the expansion of the area dedicated to mixology , sponsored by AIBES – the Italian Association of Barmen and Supporters – and the introduction of a visitor itinerary designed to showcase wineries offering hospitality experiences. Over half of the exhibitors – 18 Italian regions already represented, along with producers from Austria, France, and Slovenia – present a structured wine tourism offering, which will be highlighted through dedicated signage and a catalog distributed at the event entrance. This is the context for the partnership with the National Association of Wine Cities , which will organize an institutional meeting during the Fiera dei Vini with the Emilia-Romagna municipalities participating in the network to promote increasingly integrated wine tourism itineraries. The successful format of past editions continues: a human-scale event , where direct dialogue between producers and wine lovers is at the heart of the experience. At the tasting tables, visitors can meet the wineries, taste and purchase wines directly, with the convenience of trolleys available. A wide selection of gastronomic and artisanal specialties completes the experience. This year, too, culture is on display: among the collateral events, the "Filari di Libri" exhibition returns, an area dedicated to Italian publishing paired with the wine region. "This year, Fiera dei Vini confirms itself as the most dynamic and comprehensive trade fair, capable of interpreting the contemporary wine scene with a selection of over two hundred winemakers," says Sergio Copelli , General Coordinator of Piacenza Expo. "The professional focus on the Horeca channel is also particularly interesting, accompanied by marketing activities aimed at encouraging meetings between professionals." Online ticketing is already available on the event website: a one-day ticket is available in advance for €18 until September 12th and €22 from September 13th to November 21st. A two-day pass is available now for €40. AIS, ONAV, FISAR, AIC, AIBES members and industry professionals can request a reduced one-day ticket for €15 upon registration and accreditation. Starting September 1st, tickets for the themed masterclasses will also be available online , including one dedicated to extra virgin olive oil led by Luigi Caricato, editor of the Olio Officina magazine.
