Wine Festival Bertiolo

The event is held annually in March during the religious feast of St. Joseph.

Born in 1950, it has developed and it is characterized by the typical kiosks for serving wine and agri-food bars along the streets of the village.

In 1984, the competition of DOC wines was born, the so called "Bertiûl this Friûl", Initially, wines belonging to the Consortium for the protection DOC Friuli GRAVE could participate in. Since 2011, the companies are part of any consortium for the protection of Friuli DOC wines within the region.

The Pro Loco, although it is a voluntary association, and it is proud to organize an important event as the "Wine Festival" attracts thousands of people from Friuli, the neighboring regions and the neighboring foreign countries. It offers a rich program of events: the markets for motor rallies, Sunday is dedicated to children on band stage, wine tasting at the fun fair.
