WINE AND OIL FAIR 2024 EDITION: PROGRAM AND PARTICIPATION METHODS

THE PRESS&BUYER-TOUR: (6-7 June)

Once in Italy, the international guests will be taken to the territories of the Southern regions to visit the vineyards and cellars of the companies registered for the event. Applications are accepted to welcome international guests (journalists and importers) to visit the cellar and vineyards. info@radicidelsud.it

THE COMPETITION OF WINES FROM NATIVE VARIETIES OF SOUTHERN ITALY: (8-9 June)

The juries of the Southern wine competition will be made up of world-renowned Italian and international journalists and a delegation of wine merchants from the VINARIUS circuit. The tasting panels (national and international) will decide a first and second place for each grape variety. Therefore for each wine battery 4 winners will be announced.

BtoB MEETINGS BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL IMPORTERS AND WINE PRODUCERS: (8-9 June)

Producers can choose one of 4 meeting sessions with importers: morning or afternoon of 8 or 9 June. The 13 importers will all be present in the 4 sessions. Each producer will have at his disposal a tasting counter set up with everything necessary to carry out tastings and commercial negotiations with the operators.

AWARDS FOR THE WINNING WINES OF THE XIX EDITION: (10 June, 11.30 am)

The awards ceremony for the winning wines of the 19th competition will be held during the conference on Monday 10 June, starting from 11.30.

SALON OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: (10 June, 3.00pm-9.00pm)

The exhibition of wines and oils from Southern Italy will open to the public of operators, restaurateurs, wine sellers, importers, specialized press and wine enthusiasts on Monday 10 June. Each producer will have at his disposal an exhibition desk set up with everything needed to carry out tastings and will be able to sell the entire range of the cellar during the hours it is open to the public. The sale of wines is at the discretion of the producer.

FINAL PARTY OF THE AWARDED WINES: (10 June, 9.00pm-11.30pm)

Once the hall open to the public is closed from 9.00 pm onwards, the great party dedicated to the winning wines of the 19th edition will begin at the Court of the Castle, with tasting tables of the award-winning wines led by the sommeliers of AIS Puglia and dinner served as a buffet for the only accredited participants, the national and international guests of Radici del Sud and the producers.
