It will be the historic cloister of the St. Benedict monastery, one of the most interesting and charming monasteries in Gubbio founded in 1338, to host about fifty winemakers related to the Viniveri Consortium that, in collaboration with the local Enoteca Calzuola, will offer to the public, to enthusiasts and to the many tourists a special opportunity to know and appreciate the work of winemakers from every corner of Italy, united by a common philosophy and production methods beyond the European organic certification: to generate wine without the use of chemicals synthesis in the vineyard and without the use of additions and forced stabilization in the cellar.

Therefore, wines that do not contain additions of substances that do not belong to the fruit of origin and to the terroir that generated them, nor made by dominant processes in order to restore a healthy balance that favours human health. Along with some food producers from the territory of Gubbio, beyond Valle Scannese and its organic cheese from the Abruzzo National Park, chocolate and typical sweets of Modica by Donna Elvira, extra virgin olive oil and Umbrian saffron of the Speranza company.
