Vinifera postponed to 2-3 May 2020

We inform you that due to the protracted health emergency linked to the spread of COVID-19, the Centrifuga association, organizer of the event has decided to postpone the Vinifera event to May. The event, previously scheduled for 28 and 29 March, will take place on 2 and 3 May 2020 always at the Fiera di Trento.

Vinifera The artisanal wines of the Alpine arc return to the Trento Fair for the third edition of Vinifera. A market exhibition where you can meet and confront 70 producers from Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Friuli but also from Austria, Switzerland, France and Slovenia, representatives of a viticulture that can often be called heroic for the harsh conditions in which it is carried out and which plays a fundamental role in the care of mountain areas. A place where it will be possible to listen to the stories of hard work, passion and tenacity of those who make wine in person and discover wine realities far from the spotlight but close to the earth. Next to these, a selection of small gastronomy producers who will tell through their products and their dishes a hard and difficult to work territory, but one that knows how to give great results. Four master classes on wine and food are scheduled during the two days.

Centrifuga Vinifera Association is an event promoted by the Centrifuga Association, a group of young people who have combined different skills, strengths and experiences to carry out initiatives focused on sustainable production in the agricultural and wine sector, transforming the use of these goods into a conscious and responsible choice. The passion is for wine intended as a product of the vine, a plant that designs and sculptes the Trentino area, the result of the work, knowledge and care of the winemakers.
