For the upcoming TUTTOFOOD 2026 (Milan, May 11-14), Latteria Perenzin announces its participation for the first time in the event alongside Caseificio Il Fiorino. Two lands, two women, and a single vision: Emanuela Perenzin and Angela Fiorini, at the helm of Latteria Perenzin and Caseificio Il Fiorino, respectively, have created a collaboration that unites Veneto and Tuscany in the pursuit of excellence.
Two highly acclaimed Italian dairy producers have chosen to present themselves together on the international market, building on their distinctive complementarity: on one hand, goat cheeses, the core of Veneto's production, from Latteria Perenzin, and on the other, Tuscan pecorino cheeses from Caseificio Il Fiorino. This is not a competition, but a strategic alliance between producers of the same quality, united by a production philosophy focused on excellence and organic production, with the goal of creating commercial synergies and mutually expanding their customer base.
"This is a union of intent between like-minded companies," explain Emanuela Perenzin, owner of Latteria Perenzin, and Angela Fiorini of Il Fiorino, "who share values and positioning: both produce high-end, organic cheeses. Together, we can strengthen our market presence while each maintaining its own identity."
The Food Manifesto also fits into this context, promoting a vision of food as a lever for human health and sustainable development. This approach is concretely embodied by the two companies, promoting products that combine qualitative excellence, animal welfare, and attention to the supply chain, in line with a vision of nutrition increasingly oriented toward healthy choices because, as the Food Manifesto states, "longevity is cultivated with care and nourished every day, from the earth to the table."
Participation in TUTTOFOOD 2026 represents a key moment, especially for Latteria Perenzin's exports, which currently account for approximately 30% of its turnover and aim to grow to 40% in the coming years. The event confirms its role as a strategic platform for international business, thanks to the strong attendance of buyers and operators from around the world. In recent months, Latteria Perenzin has strengthened its presence in Europe, acquiring one of its most important organic customers in France—a leading retail chain. Today, the cheeses produced in San Pietro di Feletto are shipped to gourmet shops around the world, reaching markets as far away as Australia, South Korea, Canada, and the Middle East. TUTTOFOOD 2026 will also be instrumental in consolidating and expanding its presence in countries such as Japan and the United States.
For Caseificio Il Fiorino, participating in an international trade fair like TUTTOFOOD represents a strategic step towards strengthening its presence in foreign markets and developing new business relationships. It's an opportunity to consolidate a legacy that now sees Il Fiorino pecorino cheeses featured in the world's finest delicatessens, from London to New York, Tokyo, and Sydney. This success has been built over time, thanks in part to the over 200 awards won at major international dairy competitions.
