TO TELL BIODYNAMICS

"To tell biodynamics" is a reflection on how the advisers of the industry tied to viticulture and wine deal with the explanation of what biodynamic agricolture is, a much talked about topic but that often leaves unsatisfied and disorientated interlocutors, perhaps for an excess of simplification that the evolution in recent years would require to change.



It is a working day to achieve the creation of a correct path that can explain to the public that deals with biodynamic wines and agricultural products, whatever the essence of this agriculture, its difference in regard to organic and natural are. From the first interventions made by Sandro Sangiorgi with Porthos, and with the publication of the book by Nicolas Joly, until the most recent controversies, from the need to explain a different agriculture to those who sit in a room or propose wines, we try to listen to all voices to weave suggestions, to update the debate, to search for clarity in complexity.
