After participating in Wine Paris and Prowein, The Wine Net, the network of excellent Italian cooperatives, arrives at Vinitaly by joining the Vinitaly Tourism project, to enhance, in addition to the quality of its products, the attractive power of its territories and the richness of its experiential itineraries.
Each cooperative will have its own exhibition space at Vinitaly, but the network will also have a shared stand, 11B, within the Vinitaly Tourism area , in the Gallery between Pavilions 2 and 3. The most prestigious and strategic event for Italian wine dedicates a specific space to wine tourism, recognizing it as a strategic lever for the development of the sector. This central and structured area is designed to host operators, B2B meetings, and opportunities for discussion between the worlds of wine and tourism.
The Wine Net will be present in the Vinitaly Tourism area with its own stand and will be the protagonist of a masterclass designed to showcase its products through its territories, to generate value, relationships, and positioning: 6 wines will be tasted and paired with 6 typical products , with the 6 companies of the Network describing their wine tourism offerings. "Cooperative wine tourism: six regions, six wines, six experiences" will take place on Monday, April 13th at 12:30 pm in the Vinitaly Tourism Area, in the Gallery between pavilions 2 and 3.
Tour operators, travel agencies, and journalists will be able to work with a single partner , The Wine Net, to discover a diversified and structured package of wine tourism proposals distributed throughout the country.
Born to jointly address the challenges of global markets, The Wine Net brings together six cooperatives spread across the Italian peninsula, representing high-value territories and denominations: La Guardiense, CVA Canicattì, Cantina Frentana, Cantina Vignaioli del Morellino di Scansano, Colli del Soligo and Pertinace . The Wine Net model has proven its effectiveness over the years, basing growth on shared strategies, commercial coordination and the ability to present itself as a single and reliable interlocutor for international operators.
Participation in major trade fairs is part of a well-established process. Presenting together is not just an organizational choice, but a strategic lever: it allows for expanding contacts, fostering cross-fertilization between portfolios, and offering operators a comprehensive, multi-regional offering capable of meeting diverse needs.
Italian cooperative wine has what it takes to establish itself as a benchmark of excellence, both in terms of production and hospitality. The areas represented by The Wine Net are among the most renowned in the country for winemaking, and their tourist appeal is truly impressive: evocative places to visit, excellent wines to taste in their own unique setting ; territories recognized by UNESCO, such as the Langhe and the Prosecco DOCG hills; places steeped in the unique charm of history, such as the Valley of the Temples Archaeological Park in Agrigento ; settings that beckon for slow, eco-friendly tourism, such as the Trabocchi Coast or the picturesque hills of Sannio Benevento ; and the sweet balance of villages, sea, hills, and countryside of the Maremma . A heritage that, when shared and organized, tells the story of an authentic Italy, beyond stereotypical narratives and necessarily conventional destinations, where the uniqueness of each region becomes an experience, a connection, and a growth perspective, and where the valorization of these regions becomes a concrete lever for competitiveness.
