7.30 PM To inaugurate the two days of "Vini da Terre Estreme", a heroic wine tasting workshop, the "DiVinoInCanto" concert which will be held in the Cassamarca Foundation Auditorium in Treviso: Sunday 19 November - Villa Braida, Mogliano Veneto (Treviso)

10.00/19.30 (CONTINUED TIMES) The two-day Workshop on "Heroic Wines" opens with a free tasting journey at the tasting tables.

3.30 PM Guided seminar "The courage to be unique: Aware Kilometer Landscape". The awareness scenarios that start from the vineyard: recovery, the vines, the strategies for the future. Tasting of eight heroic labels from the "Cantine del Recupero". Carlo Catani, author and president of the Tempi di Ricupero Association, will lead the tasting and present his book "The conscious kilometer" .

Monday 20 November - Villa Braida, Mogliano Veneto (Treviso)

10.00/19.30 (CONTINUED TIMES) Workshop on "Heroic Wines" free tasting tour at the tasting stands.

4.00 PM Guided seminar "The courage to be unique: extreme vintage bubbles". Tasting of ten vintage classic methods labels from ten inaccessible areas of the Peninsula. The tasting is led by Federico Bovarini (Master Sommelier ALMA, best sommelier in Lombardy 2023 AIS).
