Terre di Toscana 2015

Terre di Toscana is one of the most important events dedicated to the Tuscan wine, and for Golosizia, an event within the event, praise of the cuisine of the great regional chefs.

130 winemakers, representing the best wine production in the area, will be ready on Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd March to make visitors taste over 600 major labels and tell their stories of life and vines in the bright and elegant spaces of the Una Hotel Versilia of Lido di Camaiore (Lu).

Thanks to Terre di Toscana you can taste the wines of important designations such as Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti and Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, and the red wines of Bolgheri, from the most famous ones to the new interpreters, to go to the extreme south going to discover the Maremma of Morellino di Scansano and its coast. There will be emerging areas like Montecucco, Val di Cornia, the Val d’Orcia, Cortona, the hills of Lucca, Pisa and Massa, and the unusual and surprising ones, from Garfagnana at Mugello.

This new edition of Terre di Toscana will feature interesting news, thanks to companies that will take part for the first time. There will be the oldest realities, that have made the history of Italian Renaissance of wine, together with young winemakers and their enthusiasm, and a large representation of "eco friendly" realities, both biological and biodynamic.

Wine will be, as always, accompanied by carefully selected Tuscan delicacies: salami, cheese, oil, preserves, sweets, up to the most delicious local produce. All it presented personally by the artisans of taste.

The kitchen and the chefs from Tuscany, instead, will be protagonists of Golosizia, a section curated by the wine journalist Claudio Mollo, which will take place on Sunday afternoons and Monday always at the Una Hotel and always will be dedicated to the public of Terre di Toscana with an additional fee of € 5 on the ticket price. Golosizia will see the unfolding of appealing cooking show with the participation of well–known chefs from Tuscany and rising stars, thanks to which you will go to the discovery of interesting creations, but with a keen eye on local traditions.
