Sorsi dell’Etna 2014

The greatest tasting of Etna wines outside their territory

Organized by Fabrizio Carrera for “Cronache di Gusto”, and Marcello Giliberti for the Telimar club, this year will take place in the halls of the prestigious Hotel Villa Igiea in Palermo.

The tasting will take place on March 9th from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for operators, and for the audience of lovers it will start at 6:30 p.m. to go up to 11:00 p.m.. The entrance to the operators is free but must be booked immediately to the email address sorsidelletna@gmail.com until there are seats available, that for the public is for a fee and the ticket is 15 Euro.

Other news in this sixth edition: at Noon a horizontal tasting of white DOC Etna for enthusiasts and experts at a cost of 10 Euro (in the coming days: how to participate), a dinner at 9:00 p.m., again at Villa Igiea, headed by the starry tandem of Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti of the Coria restaurant in Caltagirone and the chef of Villa Igiea Carmelo Trentacosti with an exclusive menu planned thinking about Etna and its territory.
