At the SLURP EXPO there will be the gathering of the best national operators of haute cuisine... and the increasingly large and enthusiastic audience of foodies, for a great festival dedicated to the typical flavors of Italy.
The review involves at least 60 exhibitors selected by the organizers, for a journey through the flavors of Italy (and not only) among tastings, trade show and interactive cooking shows with experts of the industry, conferences and cooking competitions.
Events, trends and special initiatives such as meetings of historic kitchen, a weekend of cooking shows and workshops for all tastes: from finger food to no–stress recipes, from the gluten–free kitchen to sweets and chocolate, cheese, salami, the exhibition of cake design, flour and rice, craft beer, the "Sopressa Vicentina" of Val Leogra, the vinegar of cherry, radicchio varieties, from wines to sausages, from large chestnuts to extra virgin olive oils: nothing of the excellences of domestic agricolture will lack: a unique opportunity, Sagrottini!
An "institutional" and fascinating exhibition location: the "Shed" space of Lanificio Conte di Schio, considered a pearl of industrial archeology.
