ProWein is a unique moment, the most international fair of the year , the ideal scenario to give value to a project, to a vision that takes shape through clear objectives, will and commitment but also thanks to synergies and sharing.
These are the premises that have allowed the new line of Vi.VO Cantine to be conceived and created, and it is precisely during the Düsseldorf event that the cooperative group wanted to present the new line with the evocative name "Pra dei Dogi" which takes up the history and the legacy of the ancient rulers of Venice. Three wines that represent the quintessence of a suitable territory: Prosecco Spumante Brut, Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC and Merlot Venezia DOC.
The special guest of the launch was Filippo Bartolotta, one of the best-known ambassadors of Italian wine in the world, a multifaceted figure : wine expert, popularizer, writer, sommelier, globetrotter.
"In a large cooperative with 2000 winegrowers covering an area of 6300 hectares, it is difficult to find a quality like this" declared Bartolotta, "the new line aims to reach large quantities, but these are wines that are not played on the load sugar or on the extractive load. We are talking about snappy, agile wines that benefit from climate change but above all from the investments in human resources, sustainable agriculture and technologies that this group is making, we are talking about one of the 3-4 most important groups of Italy".
A range of sustainable wines that fits perfectly into the vision pursued at the level of a cooperative group, strongly committed to environmental protection. The SQNPI certification and the more recent VIVA certify the effectiveness of the environmental sustainability model implemented in all phases of the production chain. This range is a new result in line with this will which translates into concreteness.
The design of the label, created by Ad-vision, is made up of some distinctive elements that clearly characterize it: "From the point of view of the packaging, we made two choices" highlighted Paolo Lasagni, general manager of Bosco Viticultori, "the first concerns the Venetian style, the main elements are the gondolier, the gondola but also the typical poles in which the gondolas are docked.The design is enriched by the overlapping of top quality, premium level materials, because we want to position ourselves both in terms of product and level of packaging in a medium-high market segment".
The words of Franco Passador, CEO of Vi.VO Cantine, are clear and emblematic: "We have reached the conclusion of a process that has led our company to have around 70% of grapes obtained using the SQNPI method, the We have refined, we have produced, today we go into the bottle. It means bringing the consumer a product that has these characteristics: wholesome, fresh, for daily consumption that has complied with all the principles of the lowest impact of pesticides, herbicides and at the countryside level".
