On its fifth edition, the Preview Bardolino doubles the event: the opening will be on Sunday, March 17th at the Dogana Veneta in Lazise, and Monday, March 18th will be dedicated to operators. The lakefront will be dedicated to gastronomy and local products as usual.
"We decided to split the date of the preview of Bardolino and Chiaretto - says the president of the Consortium, Giorgio Tommasi - because of the success the event had last year, in fact the incoming was really satisfactory. We then chose a date for visitors who will access for free and another date for professionals only (such as clubs, wine bars, restaurants, hotels managers) who will take the opportunity to taste the best Millesimato wines 2012, a month before Vinitaly event. Just before the opening of the tourist season."
Preview of Bardolino and Chiaretto is different from other similar initiatives as it takes place in Italy - unique feature: you will taste the wines from the last harvest, ready to go to market.
