“Olio Officina Food Festival – Dressing for palate & mind” is a cultural project with which to reformulate the usual approach with fat and, more generally, with the condiments in the kitchen. The aim is to meet the urgent need to turn our eyes to new exploratory paths, through the adoption of unprecedented and unusual languages and styles of interpretation. “Olio Officina Food Festival” is not only material culture, but above all is a place of high culture and comparison. Hence the commitment not to limit the attention only on condiments that satisfy the palate, but to extend equally the same interest even to condiments that nourish and enrich your mind. Within the festival, therefore, next to the workshop, there is a special space for living and entertainment.
