"Condiments for your palate & mind" is a cultural project with which the usual approach with fats and more generally with condiments in the kitchen is reformulated.
The goal is to meet the urgent necessity to turn our eyes to new exploratory paths, through the adoption of languages and styles of interpretation that are unpublished and unusual. Olio Officina Food Festival is not only material culture, but it is above all a place of high culture and comparison. Hence the commitment not to confine attention to only condiments that satisfy your palate, but to extend equally the same interest also to condiments that nourish and enrich your mind. Within the festival, therefore, next to the workshop, there is a specific space for chatting and entertainment.
How to participate in Olio Officina Food Festival 2015?
The fourth edition of Olio Officina Food Festival begins on Thursday, 22nd January 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
Opening hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Registration does not provide a numbered place in the halls where the Festival takes place.

The registration fee is only € 15 per day and allows access to all the halls until there are places available, as well as to all events in programming.
To take part in the workshops of taste and in the experience of the holistic path, pre–registration is required, to be made by mail writing to posta@olioofficina.com, or at the desk of Olio Officina, at the entrance of the cloisters of Palazzo delle Stelline in the days of the event.
