Merano Wine Festival

The Merano Wine Festival, created by Helmuth Köcher, is an event of the most exclusive in the world of wine is celebrated the best wines in the halls of national and international Kurhaus, historic building in the heart of the city.

9 committees select the best wines in the tasting of more than 300 Italian wineries and over 120 wineries in Bulgaria, Germany, France, Croatia, New Zealand, Austria, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa and the United States, along with the best productions of over 100 master craftsmen.

The Merano Wine Festival is also:

Organic & dynamica, which celebrates the excellence of organic wine, biodynamic and natural;
Culinaria, which is the festival of Taste Artisan offering the best raw materials on their territory;
BeerPassion, dedicated to the particular tastes of craft beer.
GourmetArena, which provides an opportunity for discussion and exhibition of talent for leading chefs, a "ring" reserved for haute cuisine.
