ITALWINES EXPO FESTIVAL, an event that we call the "Festival of the Senses", where smell, taste and sight meet on the way of the enhancemenet of flavors and wine and culinary delicacies in the wide park of the picturesque

Orangery of Villa Zoppolato – Trevisanato in Mogliano Veneto



Tasting of the best Wines from prestigious wineries selected in the Triveneto area and of High Branding, accompanied by a regal view of centuries–old trees and herbs.

To accompany the tasting of wines, the culinary competition JUNIOR ITALWINES TALENT begins,

challenging two students from two renowned Regional Hotel Institutes. The creation of the best dish is not only confrontation but an opportunity: the winner will apply at a renowned restaurant.

Tasting with AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) that will invite to become part of the world of wine tasting explaining all the secrets of professional wine tasting.



PROGRAM

SUNDAY, JUNE 29th

Time: 10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Venue: Orangery of Villa Zoppolato – Trevisanato in via Ronzinella, 47, Mogliano Veneto.

> 10:30 a.m. Opening of the event with Authorites.

Short speech about the purpose of the event. Buffet.

> 11:30 a.m. Presentation of international buyers who will announce off the long process of wine tasting in the park of the Orangery.

> 11:45 a.m. “Surprise” presentation of a famous person, linked to the world of wine.

> 1:00 p.m. Introduction to the afternoon Program.

> 3:00 p.m. Tasting with AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), that invites you to the world of Sommelerie (AIS members will witness the benefits).

> 4:00 p.m. Introduction to Junior Italwines Talent competition with the participation of two Hotel Schools that will match the menu created by their students with the best wines. Tasting of the dishes by the jury of two chefs of the Orangery. With their evaluations, they will launch an aspiring chef in the restaurants’ world.

> 7:00 p.m. Prize for the best Junior Italwines Talent.

> 7:30 p.m. Conclusion of the event with Thanks to the participants and to the Guest of Honour.

MONDAY, JUNE 30th

Time: 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

> 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Reserved for industry professionals: meeting BtoB among Wineries and WEXS: Export Manager in the territory of the U.S. and International buyers (present from Sunday).
