ANTEPRIMA VINI (WINES PREVIEW)

A journey in tastings, flavours, stories, discussions, dinners, show cooking, taste workshops, tasting tables, "en primeur" samples, local gastronomy, foreign guests, exhibitions, special events, inspired by the high quality of the wines of the Tuscan Coast. Over 80 wine producers of the provinces of Massa Carrara, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Grosseto. From the Apuan Alps to the Maremma, "the other Tuscany" in its traditional annual event presents the best of the wine production of the territory.



The Great Ballroom of the Real Collegio

The Great Ballroom of the Real Collegio will be dedicated, as always, to over 80 winemakers of the Tuscan Coast, who will present personally, in addition to a wine "en primeur" and one in preview on the market, all the labels of their production.



Guest Room

The "guest room": a special tasting event dedicated to a not Italian production area; this year 7 representative wineries of the Balkan Peninsula.



In the Main Cloisters

In the two large cloisters on the ground floor of the Real Collegio, the space dedicated to the craftsmen of Italian gastronomy: among ancient traditions and modern excellence, they will present their productions giving the public the opportunity to taste them in a fair–market.



Interior Wine Shop

The interior wine shop: consumers have the opportunity to buy the wines for tasting directly at the Real Collegio, or have them sent comfortably at their home in the following days.

The Show Cooking

A great reconfirmation that is almost tradition: the SHOW COOKING OF THE TUSCAN COAST WINES PREVIEW. Meetings with great chefs who will cook "live" in front of the audience, explaining their recipes, their "secrets", their way of understanding the "gastronomic creation", their "philosophy in the kitchen". And two wines from the Tuscan Coast in combination with each dish.



The Extra Virgin Olive Oil: the Gold of the Coast

The Great Cru of the Tuscan Coast have always focused their attention not only on wine, but also on the enhancement of all agriculture expressions of quality and of the territory’s tradition, first of all the extra virgin olive oils of excellence. In addition to the "Workshops", the 2015 Preview confirms the tasting table of the Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the Tuscan Coast.
