From 18th to 20th March "Grandi Large DOCG" is back

A unique and exclusive opportunity to taste the excellence of the wine production in the heart of its territory




18th–19th–20th March 2015: those are dates that the professionals of the wine world can not avoid noting in their diaries. After the success of 2013, "Grandi Large DOCG" returns, the biennial exhibition organized by the Consortium for the Protection of Barolo Barbaresco Alba Langhe and Dogliani open for national and international professional operators only.



Three days of tastings taking place in the various towns of origin, which will allow to know the wines directly at producers and to create new business deals.

A real "trip" with traveling tastings on the territory, in the most evocative castles and historic houses, to the discovery of the Langhe landscape, a unique area in which a visceral connection between man and vine has always existed.



The protagonists of this unmissable event will be the big DOCG wines of the Langhe: Barolo, Barbaresco, Diano d’Alba, Dogliani and Roero. Wines of recognized in the world excellence and quality, as well as recognized in the world is the universal value of the wine region they come from.

In effect, the area of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, was proclaimed UNESCO World Heritage by the Committee of UNESCO on 22nd June 2014.

On these hills, viticulture has been for centuries the soul of business. The Unesco recognition is then assigned to a land of vineyards but also to the work of men and women.





THE PROGRAM. The program includes, for each day, two different locations where you can enjoy free tastings dedicated to the specific DOCG designations presented.
