Exhibition of wine and typical products of Emilia Romagna

This year at Enologica the Theatre of Chefs will be held within the Wines from the South of Europe – Mediterranean Wines campaign, the European project for the promotion of responsible consumption of wine promoted by the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna with the Consortium of Greek Wine Producers of Greece and the Trakia Regional Wine and Vine Chamber of Bulgaria.

Times for the public: Saturday, 21st November 2015: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Sunday, 22nd November 2015: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Monday, 23rd November 2015: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Admission € 20. The ticket is personal, not transferable and entitles access to the event for all three days.

The Theatre of Chefs is the event of Enologica which houses in the Bologna restaurants the chefs from Emilia–Romagna to tell, among tastings and exhibitions, the tradition and the strong identity of this land. Every year the chefs are joined by a different theme. This edition it is fresh pasta, a regional pride, in its many forms. For Wines from the South of Europe – Mediterranean Wines to accompany the stages of the Theatre of Chefs will be a nice excuse to remember the wisdom of the Mediterranean approach to wine: complementary to food and to every social occasion. Enrico Vignoli coordinates and presents the meetings. The exhibitions are open and can not be reserved.
