A special edition for the 50th anniversary of the Collio Wines Consortium for Protection

Special edition of the Special Collio award, the one that will take place on June 28th at Villa Attems in Lucinico, in the heart of Gorizia. The event will be the main stage of the program of celebrations of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Collio Wines Consortium for Protection.

Today, during the press conference which was held again at Villa Attems, we were given a preview of the program of the event which will take place in a few days. First of all some of the names who will speak on the occasion of the talk show, scheduled at 5:30 p.m. To conduct the comparison there will be Davide Paolini, journalist of Radio 24, better known as "The Gastronauta". Presenter will the actress Anita Kravos, native to 100%, which became famous for acting in the Oscar–winning film "The Great Beauty".

The talk show will retrace the milestones of the past fifty years, with interventions from the audience about the past, present and future of the Collio. Beside these contributions, there will be also the actions on the stage of some testimonials of the future like Marco Simonit, founder of the school of Grapes Preparators, a new discipline that recovers an ancient relationship with the vineyard, in sustainable ways. To talk, then, the winemaker Gianni Menotti and some members of the press like the French journalist Delphine Veissere, winner of the Prize.

A prize and a territory that attract more and more international interest. This is borne out by the presence of 11 foreign journalists from countries like Japan, the US, China, Britain, Russia, Switzerland, Denmark, Latvia and Poland, which, for three days, will know the Collio with tastings, visits to the area and dining experiences.
