All the depth of Caiarossa , the key reference of the homonymous winery in Riparbella, in a new tasting box that retraces twenty years of emotions in a unique journey.
Right at Vinitaly 2025 , scheduled from 6 to 9 April at the Verona Fair, in addition to all the new vintages of the winery's main references, a precious wooden case containing six distinctive vintages of Caiarossa will be presented, a unique blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Grenache, aged in barrique for at least 14 months.
“ Each vintage tells a unique moment of our adventure: - underlines Francesco Villa , technical director of Caiarossa - from the first, unforgettable Caiarossa 2003, which marks the beginning of our story, to 2016, an emblematic vintage for the Tuscan Coast, up to 2020, which has given us and continues to give us great satisfaction around the world. Each bottle is a living portrait of our territory, the vivid colors, the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the sea breeze that caresses our vineyards ”. The delicacy and elegance of cooler vintages like 2005 and 2018, the complexity of important vintages like 2010 and 2016, the harmony of wines born in warmer ones, like 2003 and 2020: “ Every sip will tell you the story of our work, the sincerity with which we interpret each harvest, the dedication and passion we put into every bottle ,” concludes Francesco Villa. This year, Caiarossa will be present at Vinitaly (Pavilion 9 - Stand D16) with a completely renovated stand that celebrates the colors and essence of the Riparbella area and tells the story of the vision based on sustainability that has always distinguished its production. An evocative space, embellished by a wall made from recycled wooden crates, dedicated to the display of the renowned red wines, the "Icons of Caiarossa", as well as all the other labels, enriched by elements that describe the philosophy and values of the company.
Caiarossa, which has followed the principles of Biodynamic and Organic agriculture since 1998, will also participate in Summa 2025 on April 5 and 6, the trade fair event that for over 20 years has brought together successful international winemakers at Tenuta Alois Lageder in Magrè, under the guidance of sustainable viticulture (organic, biodynamic or in conversion). The latest vintages of their labels will be available for tasting, in addition to the Organic EVO Oil, in the charming rooms of Granaio at table 58.
