AN EVENING OF TASTE TO CELEBRATE THE BEST CRAFTSMAN OF BEER
It will be a real party open to all lovers of the world of craft beers, that in the program on FRIDAY 3rd JANUARY 2014, starting at 9 p.m., at the Lambiczoon brewery in Milan (via Fiuli 46): an event that finally reveal the name of the BREWER OF THE YEAR 2013, a highly anticipated award now in its fifth edition, conceived and organized by the Fermento Birra network (http://www.fermentobirranetwork.com), with the sponsorship of Comac (www.comacitalia.it).
During the evening, you will find, on tap and in bottle, the labels of the five brewers competing for the trophy, all present for the occasion. To anticipate the announcement of the winner there will be a very special tasting curated by taster Lorenzo "Kuaska" Dabove, with tasting of five very special beers, granted for the occasion by the finalists.
The prize, with opinion expressed by over 50 Italian experts in the sector, aims to assess the overall work of the brewer and not the quality of a single beer, thus rewarding the technical skill, the production philosophy and, ultimately, the ability to excite demonstrated during the entire year.
These are the five finalists competing for the prize:
