The Consortium for the Protection of Sicilian DOC Wines was founded in 2012 with the aim of representing and promoting Sicilian wines through the promotion of the Sicilia DOC designation. The Consortium carries out protection, promotion, and oversight activities to protect producers and consumers, contributing to the increased visibility of a brand that is a symbol of Made in Italy.

Tuesday, April 14, 10:30–11:30 am Conference "New Maps of Sicilian Wine: Transforming International Markets and New Global Balances" with the new President in attendance.
The conferences will be held in the dedicated area inside Pavilion 2, while the masterclasses will take place at the Consortium 76G stand.

GARDA DOC CONSORTIUM

Between Lombardy and Veneto, in a hilly area protected by mountains and overlooking Italy's largest lake, lies the Garda DOC. Recognized in 1996 with the aim of promoting the varietal wines produced in the 10 historic production zones of the Garda area, the Garda DOC is a designation driven by a strong spirit of innovation, evolving over the years based on consumer needs while respecting a product with ancient origins. Today, the Garda DOC Consortium represents 250 users of the designation covering over 30,000 hectares of vineyards, promoting one of Italy's finest food and wine products.

The Barbera d'Asti and Monferrato Wines Consortium, the unified heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, represents the benchmark for a winemaking industry that expresses, through its products, the history and value of a unique region.

The "Barbera Symphony" press conference will present the calendar of events in the various municipalities.
The project was born with the aim of promoting and coordinating the numerous events linked to the Barbera d'Asti denomination, connecting some of the area's most representative municipalities and their historic wine-related initiatives.

OLTREPO' PAVESE CONSORTIUM

The Consorzio Tutela Vini Oltrepò Pavese is the body officially recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture for the promotion, protection, and management of the area's seven denominations, including the DOCG Metodo Classico. It brings together 155 wineries and represents a winegrowing area of 11,000 hectares, producing over 25 million bottles annually. In 2025, it introduced the Classese brand, dedicated to the promotion of Pinot Noir and Blanc de Noirs. The Consortium guarantees representation for small producers thanks to an innovative statute, unique in Italy. Its mission is to protect and promote a historic, distinctive, and nationally significant winemaking heritage.
APPOINTMENTS
Monday, April 13, at 3:00 PM, a press conference will present Classese. This will be an opportunity to retrace Oltrepò Pavese's unique vocation for Pinot Noir, with a particular focus on blanc de noirs and rosé de noirs, dating back to the first experiments by Counts Gancia and Vistarino around 1850.
