CONSORZIO GARDA DOC (HALL 9 STAND D16) Every day at the stand: From 12pm to 2.30pm chef Federico Pelizzari will offer tasting dishes based on quality local ingredients: Varzi DOP salami, Montasio DOP cheese and Cuneo PDO raw ham ( reserved for the press, by reservation ), paired with Garda DOC wines From Sunday to Tuesday, from 4pm to 5.30pm, at the Garda stand there is the possibility of an aperitif with Garda DOC wines and DJ set. UMBRIATOP WINES (Hall 2 - from A9 to F) Every day at the stand: 1.15 pm “ Live Performance Food Ensemble ” curated by EAT, with the performance of a dish and a song created ad hoc and three shows designed to enhance the the food and wine ecosystem of the Umbria region ( lunch reserved for the press, by reservation ), paired with Umbrian wines 4.30 pm (except Wednesday 17th, 11.15 am) “ A sip, a bite ”, tasting of a local product paired with a wine obtained from native vine. Finally, we would like to point out the appointment on Tuesday 15th April at 3pm " Excellence of taste compared: chocolate & wine ", with the tasting of products made by master chocolatiers from Umbria - from dark chocolate to native extra virgin olive oil from Trasimeno to the one with Umbrian hazelnuts 45% - paired with wines from Umbrian companies.
