Learn to cook in the Mosnel vineyards

Cooking courses begin in the Franciacorta company, from July to September, together with the talented and dynamic Chef Francesca Marsetti

Immersed in the Mosnel vineyards in Carmignone (Brescia), in the heart of Franciacorta, you can discover stories of food and wine , learning to juggle with author recipes. The occasion is the cooking classes that the company organizes from 8 July to 30 September with the exceptional teacher Chef Francesca Marsetti , from Bergamo but from Franciacorta by adoption, a well-known face on television also for her collaboration with the program È semper mezzogiorno. by Antonella Clerici on Rai 1. Passionate about traditional cuisine and curious about the tastes of the world , the chef proposes dishes that are creative in flavors, but rooted in their origins, which it will be possible to learn by cooking, listening and tasting. In fact, they will be meetings with a dynamic approach : original recipes, with simple raw materials and explained with practical advice, which make them easy to replicate. Conviviality and fun will be the ingredients at the base of each preparation, in a relaxing and engaging atmosphere, where you can test yourself with delicious courses , choosing between the more traditional or the more ethnic ones. It will start on Thursday 8 July with recipes inspired by the Land of the Rising Sun: Sushi… what else? where the chef will guide the participants in the preparation of Uramaky Roll Salmon and Avocado , Uramaky Roll with Asparagus , Philadelphia and teriyaki sauce , Scallop Carpaccio in To Ponzù sauce and Tea Matcha Ice Cream . On Tuesday 13 July the theme of the course will be A chef among the vineyards , Tuesday 27 July Pots and Bubbles , Thursday 5 August Trip to Mexico , Thursday 23 September Recipes in the cellar , to conclude on Thursday 30 September returning to the East with Trip to Thailand . All courses will take place at Mosnel from 10.00 to 14.00 and will include the demonstration lesson of about 3 hours in the Company's professional kitchen, followed by a light lunch overlooking the vineyards , tasting the dishes prepared in combination with Franciacorta Brut DOCG Mosnel . The meetings are organized with the collaboration of Reveal Franciacorta - the Blissful Destination and it is possible to participate by writing to quellicheilvino@mosnel.com or info@revealfranciacorta.com. The price per person for a single appointment is € 125 and the cancellation with refund is valid up to 72 hours before the event. The courses will be activated with a minimum of 4 participants, while the maximum number is 10 people, to ensure everyone is followed with the utmost care. In compliance with the National Regulations, measures have been developed to ensure social distancing and the prevention of contagion within the spaces.
