For the first time in Lignano, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori Dinner Show features 23 gourmet stops on the beach at sunset.

On Tuesday, September 8th, Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori will bring its Dinner Show to Lignano for the first time, transforming the beach next to Terrazza a Mare —an iconic symbol of the town, its bold silhouette rising from the sand to the water—into a vast open-air gastronomic lounge. Like all evenings hosted by this group, championing the finest Friuli Venezia Giulia has to offer, this one promises a glamorous and elegantly informal atmosphere , an event where even the dress code will reflect the sophistication of the dishes and wines.

The event—organized in collaboration with Lisagest (Lignano Sabbiadoro Gestioni)—will conclude the group's 2026 gourmet tour , which for 26 years has brought together restaurateurs, producers, winemakers, distillers, and food artisans with the aim of conveying, through traveling events, the most refined and recognizable identity of Friuli Venezia Giulia. These top-tier businesses will be the protagonists of a choral narrative made of raw materials, artisanal know-how, and contemporary interpretations of tradition. Following previous stops this year at Spessa Castle and Grado, the evening in Lignano promises to be one of the most spectacular : not only for the quality of the gastronomic offerings, but also for the chosen setting, with the Terrazza a Mare serving as an architectural and symbolic backdrop for an event built on elegance, conviviality, and flavors.

The format will be the Dinner Show, now a hallmark of the consortium: not a traditional menu served at the table, but a free-flowing journey through stations, tastings, glasses of wine, and discussions . Starting at 7:00 PM, the audience will be able to explore a taste map of 23 dishes , each entrusted to the chefs of the group's restaurants, who will cook live in front of the guests. The dishes will be inspired by autumn, its scents and charm , but also by the ability of regional signature cuisine to weave together sea, plains, hills, and mountains into a single gastronomic tale.

The journey will begin with a welcome featuring the products of the artisans of taste , who will introduce the evening's story. From there, 23 gastronomic stops will unfold, punctuated by the lively gestures of the chefs intent on preparing their dishes. Performing will be the chefs of AB Osteria Contemporanea of Lavariano di Mortegliano, Ai Fiori of Trieste, Al Gallo of Pordenone, Al Grop of Tavagnacco, Al Paradiso of Pocenia, Al Ponte of Gradisca D'Isonzo, All'Androna of Grado, Alla Luna of Gorizia, Costantini of Collalto di Tarcento, Da Alvise of Sutrio, Da Nando of Mortegliano, Enoteca of Buttrio , Il Grappolo d'Oro of Colle di Arba, La Torre of Spilimbergo, Le Fucine Gourmet of Buttrio, Lokanda Devetak of Savogna d'Isonzo, Mandi Parentesi Friulana of Lignano Sabbiadoro, Motus Contemporary Bistrot of Grado, Radici of Cormons, Riva Zanelli of Lignano Sabbiadoro, San Michele of Fagagna, Tre Merli of Trieste, Vitello d'Oro of Udine.

The heart of the evening will be the dialogue between cuisine and wine . At each station, the dishes will be paired with suggestions directly from the winemakers, in a dialogue designed to highlight territories, grape varieties, seasons, and production styles. The finale will feature desserts from the consortium's restaurants and pastry chefs, accompanied by coffee and spirits.

The Dinner Show will begin at 7:00 PM . In case of bad weather , the evening will be rescheduled for September 9th . The participation fee is 90 euros.
