"FISH & CHEF MEETS..." IS BACK WITH THREE NEW STAGES
The tour that anticipates the event of April offers three exclusive previews scheduled for 20th, 24th and 26th March
After the success of the first three stages, "Fish & Chef meets..." takes place again with three new appointments, the exclusive preview of Fish & Chef, the event scheduled from 22nd to 29th April in some of the most prestigious locations that bathe the three banks of Lake Garda.
Here, the three new evenings that anticipate the event of April:
On 20th March, at 8:00 p.m., at the
Capriccio Restaurant of Manerba "Fish & Chef meets oil and distillates" will be staged, the preview that will delight guests with the award–winning Ca’ Rainene extra virgin olive oils, by Paolo Bonomelli, and the distillates by Roner, which will accompany the creations of Giuliana Germiniasi, the cook of the house, and Paolo Cappuccio of La Casa degli Spiriti of Costermano.
On 24th March, again at 8:00 p.m., at the
L’Artigliere restaurant of Isola della Scala (VR) "Fish & Chef meets Custoza" will be staged, an evening dedicated to one of the wine excellences of Verona.
Chef Davide Botta will share his stove with Marco Bertoncelli of the Sapori Di Versi restaurant of Valeggio sul Mincio.
On 26th March, at 8:00 p.m., an unmissable event for gourmets who will have the opportunity to blow out the candles of the historic prize awarded to the local Filippini family: in effect,
"Fish & Chef meets Trota Oro", an evening dedicated to lake fish, will be hosted by the La Tortuga restaurant of Gargnano (Brescia), which this year celebrates its first 35 years of Michelin Star. In the kitchen there will be the chef of the house Maria and Orietta Filippini, together with the colleague Andrea Costantini of the Regio Patio restaurant of the Regina Adelaide Hotel of Garda.
The evenings will be a tasting of the highest level in view of the event that every year animates the shores of Lake Garda with Michelin–starred dinners and local products that in this edition will propose two innovations: in 2015 Fish &anp; Chef will fly high thanks to the collaboration with Air Dolomiti, which will accompany all appointments with its flight attendants, but the event this year will offer even a week of cooking show on the bank of the lake, in the beautiful town of Garda. Stobag, leader in the production of structures for outdoor living, in effect, will offer the new I.S.L.A. space, hosting open to the public en plein air cooking shows and tastings of culinary excellences protagonists of Fish & Chef.
To enrich the dishes, there will be the specialties of the partners of Fish & Chef: Trota Oro products, Monograno Felicetti pasta, the Garronese Veneta of the Sartori Carni company, cheese of the Dairy of San Zeno di Montagna and the award–winning Ca’ Rainene extra virgin olive oils, by Paolo Bonomelli. In the glasses, there will be one of the excellent wines of the area: Custoza. Finally there will be the fine distillates by Roner.
