Four renowned chefs called to interpret the products of the Casa Lerario farmhouse inn of Melizzano and to enhance the many excellences of Sannio.



This is what will happen in the four lunches of the "8rto X 4uattro" cycle, the format conceived by the wine journalists Laura Gambacorta and Giampiero Prozzo, scheduled from late January to early May in the Sannio farmhouse inn of Pietro Lerario.

A territorial choice even for wines that will accompany the creations of the chef and that will be offered by Fattoria La Rivolta 1812 of Torrecuso, partner of the cycle of events. First date Saturday, 31 January 2016, at 1:00 p.m. with the chef Peppe Guida of Antica Osteria Nonna Rosa of Vico Equense, awarded with a Michelin Star.

Subsequent appointments of "8rto X 4uattro"

– Sunday 1 March with Eduardo Estatico of the JK Place of Capri,

– Saturday 28 March with Mirko Balzano of Pietramare of the Capo Rizzuto Island

– Saturday 2 May with Cristian Torsiello of Osteria Arbustico of Valva.

Partner for pasta is Pastificio dei Campi of Gragnano.

For those who choose to participate in all the events the lump sum will be of € 120. For children an ad hoc menu at the cost of € 20 has been provided.



Menu: Migliaccio, fresh and seasoned bacon of grey piglet, broccoli and Papaccelle, candle–shaped Penne from Pastificio dei Campi, onions, eggs, bay leaves and stone–seasoned Pecorino cheese, Capocollo of Nero Casertano piglet, fennel, broccoli and Annurca apples cooked on Carbons, goat Ricotta with citrus, cinnamon and hazelnuts pastry crumbs
