From Thursday to Saturday , the winery opens its doors to those who wish to experience a unique moment in the heart of the Modena countryside, with the possibility of dining directly in the winery , immersed in the vineyards and the warm light of summer evenings.
This is the heart of the proposal that tells the VentiVenti style, a simple but distinctive idea: informal welcome, quality, attention to detail and a strong bond with the territory. To make everything even more special, the undisputed protagonist: Lambrusco , a red wine by tradition but, at Ventiventi, declined in Classic Method to discover, particularly pleasant in the summer months, and capable of accompanying each dish with personality and balance.
The weekend becomes a recurring event that is part of the winery's philosophy: to create a place where wine is lived , not just tasted. Sitting at the table at VentiVenti means discovering seasonal cuisine designed to enhance the wines on the menu, sharing an authentic moment with friends or as a couple, and enjoying the landscape that surrounds the estate, among rows, scents and open skies.
Dining in the cellar is a way to share what the reality of Ventiventi is: a young, dynamic company, rooted in the territory, but always attentive to building new languages around wine.

Company profile short
It all began in 2014 with the acquisition of the land with the aim of rooting a dream in the Emilian land that, in Medolla (MO), hosts the 70 hectares of property, of which 30 are vineyards, and the winery. The choice of land is not accidental. The alluvial texture, with 45% clay, 47% silt and 8% sand, offers an ideal habitat for the vine. With the first planting in 2016, the roots are not only those of the vines, but those of a family ready to take care of every row, every shoot, aware that patience is the first ingredient of success.
The first harvest of 2018 represents the fruit of years of waiting and work, but it is only the beginning. The real turning point comes in 2020, the year that not coincidentally gives the winery its name. With the official marketing of the first wines, Ventiventi enters the market and begins to make its way in a competitive and constantly evolving sector. The choice of the Classic Method , the commitment to sustainability and the obsessive attention to quality prove to be the key to standing out. The approach based on the enhancement of local vines, such as Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Sorbara, Ancellotta and Pignoletto, we find international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Cabernet Sauvignon and Traminer. Today, production includes over 66,000 bottles of Classic Method, Charmat and still wines.
“ Our project stands out because it represents the synthesis of three different visions and approaches. Working as brothers is not always easy, but it is precisely in this complexity that we find our strength,” say the Razzaboni brothers, Andrea, Riccardo and Tommaso. The enthusiasm for the challenge is reflected in the entire production philosophy, which sees in the young, dynamic and family approach an added value capable of translating into unique market proposals.
From November 2023, Ventiventi becomes part of FIVI - Federazione Italiana Vignaioli Indipendenti - a choice that strengthens the company's identity and certifies its authentic and transparent approach.
