TURIN VERMOUTH CONSORTIUM: A MAY OF GREAT EVENTS

On May 11th, it will be in Rome , at the Spazio Field in Palazzo Brancaccio , together with a top Piedmont wine, Alta Langa DOCG, which returns to the capital for the third edition of “Alta Langa Roma” . Each year, a special cocktail is created specifically for this event. Following the editions of previous years, an official collaboration with the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino is confirmed for “Alta Langa Roma 2026” . The signature mixology will propose the “Torino Royal” cocktail , created by Christian Comparone. The drink was born as a contemporary interpretation of Piedmont , bringing together some of its most distinctive expressions: Alta Langa DOCG, Vermouth di Torino IGP, Rosolio di Torino, together with Frangelico.

Also on May 11th , the Consortium will be in Milan at Tuttofood, a key event for the international food community. As part of the Piedmont Region's agri-food supply chain events, in collaboration with COALVI , Vermouth di Torino PGI will be paired with flavorful hand-chopped Vitelloni Piemontesi della Coscia PGI and, subsequently, with refined Gianduja chocolate .

On May 14th , at the conference on wine tourism to be held in Asti at the Asti Studi Superiori University Campus , the Consortium's collaboration with TurismoTorino will be presented as a successful example of an urban wine tourism experience . The Extra-Vermouth initiative will be illustrated, offering a unique experience year-round, sampling Vermouth di Torino at special prices in various venues in the Piedmont capital.

On May 16th and 17th , Vermouth di Torino will be at the Falletti castle in Barolo (Cuneo), for a suggestive aperitif at the presentation of the WiMu international collection of wine labels .

On May 18th , at the Reggia di Venaria in Turin , for the inauguration of the Academic Year of the Turin Academy of Agriculture, in the presence of Prince Albert II of Monaco , the Consortium will offer Vermouth di Torino as a symbol of the most classic aperitif in Turin.

On May 20th , in Milan , during Packaging Première , a meeting point for the luxury packaging community, all the labels of the Consortium members will provide the backdrop to the presentation of the finalist designers of the Insuperlabel contest for the creation of a new label for the Consortium's institutional Vermouth bottle.

At the end of the month, on May 26th in Turin , in the historic architectural complex of the Cavallerizza Reale , the Consortium will organize an international conference on the protection of IGP, DOC and brands of the agri-food supply chain containing geographical names.

These will be great opportunities for visibility that, thanks to the Consortium's commitment, will allow us to enhance and consolidate the image and quality of Vermouth di Torino.

The Vermouth di Torino Consortium , established in 2019, represents 99.8% of the production of this Piedmontese excellence, which is distributed in 82 countries. Production has reached over 7 million bottles, with a steady growth trend in volume and value.
