The traditional rite of squeezing has always been a moment of meeting and sharing with the entire community, to keep the history and memory of the Valle dei Laghi area alive.
The Vino Santo Trentino Winemakers' Association and the Confraternity of Vine and Wine appeal to the entire population for the widest possible participation in the pressing ritual, which begins the transition from the drying phase on the arele to that of the vinification of the Holy Wine.
