There are 22 Tre Bicchieri 2024 from Campania

This year, 22 wines from Campania have obtained the Tre Bicchieri, the highest recognition awarded by Gambero Rosso's Vini d'Italia guide.

We start with Irpinia, the Campania basin in which it is increasingly possible to find dazzling whites and where the latest vintages have been interpreted in a more than correct way, with the Fiano di Avellino slightly detaching the Greco di Tufo , reiterating and reinforcing its essence as a great Italian white.

The other positive notes come from some territories that are increasingly in the limelight: if the Campi Flegrei are a bet already won, the solar Mediterranean nature of Cilento and the volcanic grip of Vesuvius are becoming particularly interesting. Sannio is also experiencing an excellent moment with its Falanghina which stands out in the regional and national panorama and with Aglianico increasingly in focus.

What is losing ground, however, is an important denomination like Taurasi, which deserves to be treated with more respect in the future to recover the lost steps.
