THE SECRET CHARM OF FRANCIACORTA

The Franciacorta in Cantina Festival kicks off on Friday, September 18th, the annual event that brings the public to the birthplace of Franciacorta. For the occasion, I Barisèi has created a country-chic weekend dedicated to conviviality .

We begin with Wine & Sunset, scheduled every day from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM . A glass of Franciacorta I Barisèi will accompany guests in an evocative atmosphere, amid the colors of the sunset and a refined DJ set.

On Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th, the winery will be revealed up close with guided tours that will take guests from the panoramic terrace to the production facilities. Here, they will be able to witness the fascinating disgorging line in action , the process that gives Franciacorta its final form: a process requiring precision, delicacy, patience, and care, which the public rarely gets the chance to observe up close. The experience will be accompanied by a tasting of three labels: Franciacorta Sempiterre Brut Cuvée, Franciacorta Rosé Cuvée Millesimata , and " Atto a divenire Franciacorta" on the lees, accompanied by appetizers by I Barisèi.

On Saturday the 19th, at 8:00 PM, The Harvest Table will be held, a convivial dinner in the winery to celebrate the grape harvest. This dinner will feature local dishes paired with fine Franciacorta Sempiterre Extra Brut, Franciacorta Satèn Millesimato, Franciacorta Mariadri Millesimato Extra Brut, Franciacorta Rosé Millesimato, and "Atto a divenire Franciacorta" on the lees. A gastronomic encounter that celebrates the value of harvesting and sharing, in a country-chic atmosphere warmed by the sounds of live saxophone.

The weekend will conclude with Sunday Brunch (starting 11:30 a.m.), featuring savory and sweet treats, from focaccia to artisanal biscuits, all paired with Franciacorta Sempiterre Extra Brut . A perfect opportunity to enjoy a slow Sunday, lulled by the sounds of live music, immersed in the tranquility of Franciacorta.
