On the eve of the Easter holidays and twenty days from Vinitaly, the characteristic and welcoming location of the former Church of San Lorenzo , in the historic center of Albenga (Sv) , City of Wine, will host Le Prime di Vite in Riviera , an event focused on tasting , a preview of the new vintages of wines and oils from Western Liguria. The event, sponsored by the Municipality of Albenga, is set for Sunday 24th and Monday 25th March , continuously from 11am to 7pm . All twenty companies belonging to the Vite in Riviera business network will be present, each with its own station. The price of the entrance ticket for the public is set at 20 euros and will include a free tasting tour, the glass with its pocket, a plate of 0 km appetizers at Bistrot 86, to conclude with coffee, dried fruit, tasting of grappa and a visit to the Sommariva Civiltà dell'Olio Museum. A reduced ticket of 15 euros is available for sommeliers (it is necessary to present the card), while operators in the horeca sector will simply need to register (the form is already available on the website: www.viteinriviera.it , maximum two people for each activity).

Subsequently, from 14 to 17 April , the Vite in Riviera companies will be protagonists, with a dedicated stand, at Verona Fiere, inside pavilion 10 (stand A3, new location, next to the Enoteca Regionale della Liguria), for the 56th edition of Vinitaly , with the aim of promoting the great wines of Western Liguria to an international and highly qualified audience. Three thematic masterclasses will also be offered on this occasion. Vite in Riviera The Vite in Riviera business network was established in 2015 and includes wine and oil producing companies, with the mission of enhancing and promoting typical products of the Western Ligurian territory: Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC (Pigato, Vermentino, Moscato, Rossese, Granaccia), Rossese di Dolceacqua, (or Dolceacqua) DOC, Ormeasco di Pornassio DOC, Terrazze dell'Imperiese IGT, Colline Savonesi IGT, DOP Oil from the Western Ligurian Riviera. The headquarters are located in Ortovero, in the premises of the Regional Enoteca of Liguria, which hosted the previous editions of the Le Prime di Vite in Riviera event.
