Registration is now open for the 21st edition of Radici del Sud for wine and oil producers, operators and the public of enthusiasts, which this year once again confirms the renovated rooms of the former Paolo Cassano Distillery in Gioia del Colle (Ba) which will host, from 3 to 8 June 2026 , the annual event that puts the national and international spotlight on the wine and oil production of the southern Italian regions, promoting their quality and value through the competition dedicated to wines from native vines, educational tours of the territories with international operators, B2B meetings between producers and buyers, tasting tables and seminars to celebrate 20 years with the companies and wines that have made the South great. 20-year vertical tastings of wines from native vines of the southern regions are planned to tell and make known to national and international guests and the public who will attend, the epochal transition of southern wine from industrial production to the valorization of the territory and sustainability, establishing itself in the world thanks to its uniqueness and authenticity. of the wines produced by winemakers from the South.

The six-day event schedule has already been announced: from June 3rd to 5th, guests, journalists, and international importers will be accompanied on tours of the region; June 6th and 7th will be closed-door days dedicated to the Southern Italian Wine Competition and meetings between importers and producers of wine and olive oil from Abruzzo, Molise, Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily; on June 8th , from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, the conference will award the winning wines of the 21st edition of the competition, and from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the event will be open to the public, including industry professionals and enthusiasts, who will meet with wine and olive oil producers to learn about the new vintages from their winery and mill. From 8:00 pm onward, the grand closing party will feature a tasting of over 90 winning wines from the 21st edition, a display of all the show's olive oils for free tasting, along with dishes prepared by two renowned Southern Italian chefs.
