Starred Paca for the next OST dinner - Osteria Stellata

After the first sold out appointments, the OST journey continues among starred chefs, territories and symbolic places of Casentino. Thursday 28 May new appointment at the Lanificio di Stia with the Falterona Restaurant and the starred Paca. Part of the proceeds will be donated to AVIS Casentino.

Following the success of the first sold-out evenings, OST – Osteria Stellata Temporanea – continues, the food and wine project conceived by Love Casentino, a social promotion association committed to promoting the Casentino region and its gastronomic, cultural, and landscape excellence.

The format continues to win over audiences and enthusiasts thanks to an idea capable of uniting signature cuisine, iconic local locations, and hospitality . OST brings a series of four-handed dinners to the heart of Casentino, where local restaurants meet Michelin-starred chefs from across the national scene , creating gastronomic experiences built on a dialogue between local identity, research, and conviviality.

After the sold out last night at CIFA – Ex Carceri di Bibbiena, the next event will be:

Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 8:00 pm, at the Lanificio di Stia with the Falterona Restaurant (Stia, Arezzo) and chef Leoardo Norcini, together with the starred restaurant Paca (PO) and chef Niccolò Palumbo.

The following will follow:

Monday, June 29, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., in Camaldoli, at the Castagneto del Campeggio La Locanda dei Baroni (Camaldoli, Arezzo) together with Ariel Hagen, starred chef of the Saporium Restaurant (Florence and Chiusdino)

Friday 24 or 31 July 2026, 8:00 pm, in Poppi, at Poppi Castle

Laquolina (Poppi, Arezzo) in combination with a restaurant and starred chef currently being defined.

Each dinner includes a seven-course menu, costing €120 per person, including wine . Seating is limited to 50 people per event. Reservations are required , and payment is due at the time of booking . Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available upon request, provided this is communicated at the time of booking.

Wine is an integral part of the experience: at each dinner, four labels are offered to pair with the seven courses . The selection is by Andrea Bravaccini, Sommelier of the Year 2024 and 2026. All labels are from Casentino and are members of the Casentino Winegrowers Association .

OST can also be transformed into a gift, thanks to the possibility of purchasing non-nominal vouchers.

OST is a project by Love Casentino, a non-profit social promotion association registered with the RUNTS. Part of the proceeds will be donated to AVIS Casentino, while the remainder will support Love Casentino's activities to promote and enhance the area.

The project is sponsored by the municipalities of Bibbiena, Poppi, and Pratovecchio-Stia, and enjoys the support of the Casentino Winegrowers' Association and Preludio Rental Division, as well as food and wine critic and journalist Leonardo Romanelli.
