SCENTS OF MUST: SUCCESS FOR THE 25TH EDITION AMONG THE WINERIES OF VALTÈNESI.

The first half of the 25th edition of Profumi di Mosto, the historic wine tourism event that annually guides enthusiasts and wine lovers through the wineries of Valtènesi, concluded with a decidedly positive outcome. The 2026 edition, which took place on Sunday, October 4th, attracted approximately 2,000 experiences at the 24 participating wineries , confirming the growing interest in a format that focuses on wine, producers, and the region. The wineries welcomed visitors with tastings, harvest-themed experiences, and food pairings designed to showcase the wines of the appellation. A particularly significant aspect of this edition was the success of the organized tours: all nine tours of three wineries were sold out, demonstrating visitors' desire for a comprehensive, guided experience to discover the diverse winemaking traditions of Valtènesi. The tours allowed guests to meet producers directly and learn more about the work of local winemakers, a distinctive feature of the event.

This is confirmed by the prestigious Tre Bicchieri award given this year to six companies in the denomination: a particularly significant result for a region that produces approximately two million bottles a year and demonstrates how Valtènesi is now synonymous with excellence, identity, and widespread quality. Profumi di Mosto represents the best way to discover this heritage directly from the producers and in the places where each wine is born. "

The experience, however, doesn't end there. On Saturday, October 31st, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm , the event will hold its second and final event at the Casa del Vino della Valtènesi in Villa Galnica , where participants will be able to meet all the wineries participating in the 2026 edition and taste the new vintages of local wines. On the event website, the Casa del Vino is presented as the final event of Profumi di Mosto, dedicated to meeting producers and discovering Valtènesi rosés and reds in an engaging atmosphere.

The 24 wineries featured at the October 4th event will be present, along with four additional producers, for a total of 28 wineries and over 100 wines for tasting. This is a unique opportunity to discover the richness and diversity of the region's winemaking offerings through a comprehensive overview of its most representative wines. Among these, the six wineries awarded the prestigious “ Tre Bicchieri” by Gambero Rosso stand out, an award that every year celebrates the excellence of Italian wine: Cantrina with Riviera del Garda Classico doc Groppello 2025, Avanzi with Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico doc Antitesi 2024, Costaripa with Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico doc Molmenti 2021, Pasini San Giovanni with Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico doc Rosagreen 2025, Tenute del Garda with Riviera del Garda Classico doc Volenterosa 2025 and Selva Capuzza with San Martino della Battaglia doc Campo del Soglio 2025.
