B2B Focus Day – Monday, February 23, 2026
The program concludes on Monday 23 February 2026 with a day entirely dedicated to B2B , designed as an opportunity for discussion, networking and the development of professional relationships between producers, bartenders and trade operators.
The day will take place from 11:00 to 17:00 in a technical and professional context, with free admission upon registration and professional accreditation .
During the B2B day, attention will be focused on the exhibition and live activities , encouraging direct dialogue between companies and professionals in the sector.
Highlight B2B Events: The "Tiki Vermouth" Contest
The B2B day features the special "Tiki Vermouth" contest, the first competition dedicated to reinterpreting vermouth in the world of tiki cocktails. This challenge invites bartenders to experiment with new languages and aromas, reinterpreting vermouth in a contemporary way.
Tiki Vermouth is a purely improvisational challenge that tests the essence of the bartending profession, prioritizing knowledge, technique, and balance over memory. Competitors, without a predefined recipe, must create their own Tiki cocktail, showcasing a vermouth selected by lottery, using only the ingredients available on site and without any rum.
The choice of glass and the careful garnish—essentially using Eredi Borgnino products—will be integral to the drink's storytelling. The goal is to create, in real time, a coherent and original cocktail, demonstrating mastery of Tiki structures and attention to detail, essential elements for transforming a good drink into a memorable one.
Participating producers
The Vermouth Show hosts over 30 wineries and producers . The complete list of participants is available on the official website provided by the organizers .
