A wine of high lineage, the result of drying the grapes until late November, taking advantage of the Ora del Garda wind, as is done for Vino Santo.
A unique product born from a shared project among the winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi in Trentino, and which over the years has proven to be a winning strategy for the small group of six winemakers in the Valle dei Laghi.
A wine with great potential both because it starts from excellent grapes and because it lends itself to great aging which makes it a wine with a strong, recognizable imprint .
The bunches of grapes are left to dry until late November and after vinification the wine is left to mature for three years in oak barrels. This begins a maturation process that leads to a soft and elegant wine, but in the
at the same time lively and with great aging potential.
A purple-colored wine with golden highlights, its aroma evokes ripe fruit, black cherry, paired with ethereal notes of drying grapes; its aroma is always influenced by its aging in wood, where it must remain for at least a year.
Reboro is produced with the Rebo grape, a truly local vine, because it is the result of a cross between the Teroldego and Merlot varieties.
A cross created over 70 years ago by Rebo Rigotti, a geneticist and agronomist born in Padergnone (in the Valle dei Laghi) and for years president of the Agricultural Institute of San Michele all'Adige.
For the 2026 edition, I Vignaioli del Vino Santo Trentino will host the winemakers of the Nizza DOCG association of Nizza Monferrato.
Since 2002, they have worked together to protect and promote Nizza DOCG. A collective commitment rooted in the region, with this project the association aims to promote the wine produced in the 18 municipalities of the appellation and support the people who produce it.
