Cantina Pizzolato, a historic winery and pioneer of organic wine, is participating in Fuorisalone 2026 with two exclusive initiatives that combine sustainability, taste, and design. The first collaboration, created with ARTISIA by Barilla, takes shape within the Edible Reveries exhibition designed by Studio Yellowdot (Via Melzo 34, Porta Venezia Design District, April 21–26). In this immersive setting, Cantina Pizzolato will pair ARTISIA's innovative 3D pasta creations with a selection of its ready-to-drink cocktails made with de-alcoholized wine, offering a contemporary, alcohol-free reinterpretation of the great classics of the Italian aperitivo. A multisensory experience in which taste, aesthetics, and experimentation interact, transforming every sip into a moment of discovery, sharing, and refined conviviality. "Participating in such an innovative project allows us to bring our organic wine to a context where design and taste meet," explains Sabrina Rodelli, Board Member and Head of Sales and Marketing at Cantina Pizzolato. "We believe in the intersection of different worlds: the Fuorisalone represents a unique opportunity to create valuable partnerships, where our products become part of cultural and creative experiences." The second collaboration, in partnership with KRISTALIA, is part of the And Now project (April 21–24, House of Finemateria – Via Cadibona 9, Milan), a program of immersive talks and events dedicated to exploring the intersections of urban culture, sport, and visual experimentation. In this dynamic context, Cantina Pizzolato is the protagonist of the ClubKristalia aperitifs, accompanying moments of meeting and dialogue with M-Use, its 200 ml zero-alcohol sparkling wine. "The bubbly you (don't) expect": a sparkling wine made with organic grape must, designed to offer an authentic, natural, and contemporary taste experience, completely alcohol-free. An inclusive and versatile alternative, capable of lightly and balancedly complementing moments of sharing, enhancing the convivial atmosphere of the talks and scheduled events. By participating in Fuorisalone 2026, Cantina Pizzolato confirms its commitment to engaging with creative and contemporary worlds, intertwining the world of organic wine with design, experimentation, and project culture.
