A leading Italian organic wine company, this year celebrates 45 years of business: a journey that combines organic quality, sustainability, and innovation, with a consolidated presence in over fifty countries and a constant focus on global trends, particularly in the No and Low Alcohol segment.
2025 ended as a year of consolidation and growth, with a turnover of €24 million, 93% of which was generated in foreign markets, new international collaborations, and a strengthening of the HoReCa channel in Italy. At the same time, Cantina Pizzolato invested in the No- and Low-Alcohol segment with the construction of a new dealcoholization center: a cutting-edge facility—currently one of the very few in Italy—that allows for the production of high-quality dealcoholized wines and the provision of third-party services.
At the fair, the offering revolves around two complementary themes. The focus is on the M-Use line, a flagship collection featuring nine organic wines, four of which are alcohol-free and low-alcohol. The range includes Prosecco Brut, Prosecco Extra Dry and Rosé, Pinot Grigio, and Moscato, as well as the alcohol-free white and rosé versions. The M-Use concept echoes the idea of Multi-Use : each bottle is designed to be reused as a design object—a vase, a storage container, or a decorative element—combining aesthetics, sustainability, and versatility. Available in 750 ml and mini 200 ml formats, the line is suitable for any drinking occasion, from a casual aperitif to a more exclusive toast.
Alongside M-Use, there is space for non-alcoholic ready-to-drink aperitifs , cocktails based on dealcoholized wine designed to intercept the global No Alcohol trend and offer quality alternatives for out-of-home consumption. In 2025 the line reached a production of
127,000 units, strengthening the winery's position as a leader in innovation in the HoReCa channel.
The debut at Beer & Food Attraction represents an important opportunity for direct dialogue with buyers, distributors, and industry professionals, confirming Cantina Pizzolato's ability to combine organic tradition, design, and innovation, anticipating national and international market trends.
