Open vineyards! Weekend dedicated to the scents of the grape harvest and musts.

The month of September in our region means harvest and we could not miss a Vigneti Aperti appointment dedicated to the most intense and hectic period for each winemaker entitled " The scents of the harvest ". On 25 and 26 September , in the companies associated with the FVG Wine Tourism Movement participating in the initiative, you can, between visits and tastings, learn about the trend of the 2021 harvest, taste musts, walk in the vineyards and taste, together with the winemakers, the grapes again on the vine to find out if the grapes are ripe for harvesting.

There are many proposals related to the theme of the weekend: an afternoon of readings on "Stories of perfumes and other times" (Cantina Ballaminut), the opportunity to live the experience of the harvest (De Claricini), the tasting of comparative fermenting musts to the same wine of last year (Elio Vini and Ferrin Paolo), the picnic in the vineyard (Tarlao Vignis in Aquileia), a tasting menu designed especially for the occasion (Vidussi Vini), in addition to the classic tastings, visits and walks in the vineyards.

A valid and original proposal to discover or rediscover our suggestive landscapes, the places of excellence of wine ; a pleasant and relaxing opportunity to meet in the open air, suitable for tourists, enthusiasts and families to learn by entering directly into contact with nature. The regional wineries participating in the initiative are: in the province of Udine you will find Cantina Puntin and Tarlao in Aquileia, Cantina Ballaminut in Terzo d'Aquileia, De Claricini in Bottenicco di Moimacco, Elio Vini in Grupignano, Ferrin Paolo in Camino al Tagliamento, Le Due Torri in Corno di Rosazzo, Spolert Winery in Prepotto, Vigne del Malina in Remanzacco and Villa Vitas in Strassoldo. In the province of Gorizia, on the other hand, you can find Tenuta Villanova in Farra d'Isonzo and Vidussi Vini in Capriva del Friuli.
