Collavini , a historic Friulian company, renews its collaboration with Moschino and flies to the major fashion capitals with the bubbles of Ribolla Gialla Spumante Dosaggio Zero 2018 . On Saturday 13 April in Milan , Sunday 14 April in Rome and Thursday 18 April in London , the company from Corno di Rosazzo (Udine) will participate in the presentation events of the new spring-summer 2024 collection, organized in the boutiques of the maison in via della Spiga, via del Babuino and Conduit St.

In an exclusive and selected context we are introducing our Ribolla Gialla Dosaggio Zero, the result of study, attention and expression of the Collavini Method , a winemaking style that has distinguished our winemaking project for years".
The sparkling wine comes from only Ribolla Gialla grapes and, after an initial fermentation in steel and barrique, the base wine rests in large horizontal autoclaves followed by slow refinement sur lies – for a period never less than 30 lunar cycles – which brings the residual sugar below 3 g/l. This is followed by twelve months in the bottle to obtain an excellent Ribolla Gialla Spumante Dosaggio Zero. In the glass it stands out thanks to its straw yellow color and fine and persistent perlage, while on the nose a floral, fresh and citrusy bouquet stands out, which develops on fragrant notes of yeast and powder. The sip is full, savory, extremely vertical and extraordinarily harmonious in its long fruity finish.
