Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 October 2024 from 5.00 pm “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory of Music - Contra' S. Domenico 33, Vicenza.

The fourteenth edition of Gustus – Vini e Sapori di Vicenza returns on October 5 and 6 at the “Arrigo Pedrollo” Conservatory of Music in Vicenza. A weekend to discover the contemporaneity of Tai Rosso and the volcanic effervescence of Gambellara in the WineLabs organized by the event.

The event will be an opportunity to meet over 30 local producers who will tell their wines and their stories in the suggestive cloister of the institute, offering tastings of more than 100 labels.

The event will be supported by FISAR - Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers and Restaurateurs, Consorzio Asiago, Consorzio Monte Veronese, Morato, GustoTop and Salumificio Castelli. The taste corner will be curated by the I Giovani Leoni gastronomy and the Il Camaleonte restaurant. TASTING STANDS

Saturday 5 October at 17:00 opening and inaugural toast. Stalls close at 22:00.

Sunday 6 October from 17.00 to 21.00 ​WINELAB

Saturday 5th at 6.00 pm Tai Rosso, contemporary harmonies The tasting led by Simon Staffler , editorial manager for Italy of the magazine Falstaff , will be dedicated to the most modern and interesting interpretations of Tai Rosso.

Sunday 6th at 6.00 pm Volcanic effervescences of Gambellara: from mosso to Metodo Classico The WineLab led by Massimo Zanichelli , professional taster, wine writer and documentary maker, will offer a journey into the unexpected expressions of Garganega.
